ok im so confused right now but i know that wheels i want

17 or 18inch x 9/9.5 Rota P45Rs

but right now im having issues with spacers i dont want any they can go to hell.... but i got no choice right now in order to clear my tein Hrs i gotta rock a 5mm spacer up front on my steelies there 15x7 I think? but wats a good offset to run on a 17 or 18x9/9.5? i seen 17x9+12 all around works great but idk if theyd clear tein hr coils i seen 18x9.5+15 on a white hatch i like that but im iffy....... and dont want spacers

I do want to.....

pull/ roll my fenders

run a semi stretched tire on a 18 (if i go 18 dummie lol jk)

5 lug conversion

full Z32 brakes

slotted rotors in front

and lower my car a lil bit if i have too

^^^^ this is my s13s stance right now minus the the back wheels i have steelies all around

Where does it rub?At that height, I bet by the spring seat?If so, Tein has shorter springs. Not only for slammage, but more spring seat clearance.

Idk what your initial question is though.

9/9.5" +15 will be fine. You shouldn't rub anything on the inside. If theres gonna be rubbing, it'll probably be fenders.

my question is wat offset is kool with out spacers and that wont rubb my coil overs cuz right now i got 205/60/15s and the fronts rub my coilovers and the inside of my tires get f***ed up so i put 5mm spacers to prevent that i blew a new set of tires while back i felt like an idiot and the rim width i want is 9/9.5 does that clarify it a bit?

You're gonna have to bend/hammer that pinch weld up in there too. And probably tuck your harness.

Don't forget about that.

i think tein designed the coilovers for cars with rims bigger than stock i fitted my friends 5zigen fn01rc(i hate those rims so bad i dnt understand y everyone likes em) and didnt rub but the 15" tire rubbed at the spring seat

I think you should get a not-so-overplayed wheel.

And thats the bottom line... Every one says "this wheel is played out" or "that wheel is played out" because of what they see online. My reality: I haven't seen one 240 in my town with FN01RC's, P45R's, Battle's or most of the other wheels ppl say are played out.

I have, however, seen two 240's with 962's...

Well instead of doing 5lug, brake swap, etc.... you could just invest in some nice wheels with some good rubber. Because I'd bet good tires would enhance your ride more.

Ditto. So many Sportmaxx's around. I love my Rota's though. Have had them 2 years and no problems. The guys at Wheeldude are great. Plan on getting another set soon.

Touche. A very good point actually, Ive seen many P45Rs [online] that are 17 or 18 but look much smaller, although that could have to do with the tire size & ride height but still.

^^^I have to agree... about half on the cars I see online rocking p45r's has extremely unflattering tire sizes. It completely ruins the look.

Also, keep in mind that some of those wheels that look like smaller p45r's might not actually be p45r's... they might be M2 Hanbai dt05r's...
