I usually use STP complete fuel system cleaner.

Other than BG MOA to add back a little zinc for older engines, a decent oil should not require any treatment. And treatment won't help any crummy oil.

Two injector and fuel system cleaners work: BG BG44K and Redline SI1, both are better than full strength Techron.

All the rest are just naphtha, kerosene, light oil, or worse.

Yeah I was gonna say, if you are using synthetic oil, treatments probably aren't needed.

I agree about the oil treatments. These items are not needed if a good oil has been always used and the oil changes were performed on a reasonable interval. The engine internals should be spotless with proper maintenance. Switching to a good full synthetic oil like Mobil 1 0w-40 would be a good idea.

The gas treatments I have no idea about. I guess I've been wasting my money on the Lucas gas treatment I used in my previous vehicles. How is the Lucas gas treatment anyways?

Where can I pick up the BG44K or Redline SI1 at?

I order BG44K off of eBay. Bought a "6-pack" last time for around $55 I think. Shop around and deals are there. I have 4 cars so a six pack lasts me about 6 months. I run a can of this stuff through a full tank JUST before I take them in for an oil change (so about every 3,500 to 4,000 miles)

If you buy it at a dealer it's about $18 a can; off eBay you can find it for around $10 to $12/can. You'll pay more if all you order is one or two cans, though. You will NOT find this at any of the chain autoparts stores; don't know why.

WOW -- I just looked online and this stuff "retails" for $34.95 now -- for one stinking can. I just pinged eBay and found a 4-pack for $31. -- the cheapest price going right now, apparently.
