It is dilemma
What is the better. To change oil every 12K miles with AMSOIL , or every 6K with MOBIL1? Of course it is all synthetic oil.
What is your opinion?

My recommendation?
None of the above!
Everyone drives their vehicle differently and under varying conditions. While a 6k mile OCI (oil change interval) might work for someone who travels a lot of highway miles, it's a different story for someone who drives in short trips in the city.
The BEST way to determine if the oil is right for your vehicle and type of driving is to perform an oil analysis:

Just follow their advice on when to sample the oil and go from there.
If you want some advice, then post your used oil analysis here and then maybe we can comment.

I'm using mobil1 0w-30 from walmart every 6k miles but since august I changed it 3 times already since my job is now far away from my new house. That full synthetic cost only $20 for 5 quarts and even in the manual it says 4.9 quarts I'm filling the whole can in it but I'm surprised because every time I change my oil it is barely dark and I'm happy with it.
