i need to change my oil and was just wondering which would be the best to run. (KA24de)

1991S13, I think it's easier to just say

1st Choice - Amsoil 5w30 with Amsoil Filter2nd Choice - Mobil 1 5w30 w/super syn and Mobil 1 oil filter.
