An injector could be stuck on full spary...one of mine did that b/c of a bad wire on my harness.
The way I checked was I unbolted the fuel rail and held it slightly over the manifold while someone else turned the car on and off for me (quickly). 3 injectors pulsed and one sprayed full so I wired it directly to the ecu from the outside of the car to make sure the ecu wasn't ****ed and it pulsed fine. Rewired, changed oil, and I was good to go. BTW, make sure you don't drive around w/ fuel in your oil or leave it sitting there or you could screw up your bearings.
