Well, I finally got a chance to change my oil today, i had to get the 20w50 out because its getting pretty cold here...but when i 1st dropped the oil, it smelled straight up like gas, so i put my finger in the drain bucket and smelt it again just to see if it was or not and again it smelled like gas. Im just wondering what caused this and why it would be smelling like that? Anyone have any ideas...

It's possible gas could be seeping past the rings on startup before they heat up and expand. Do a compression test after the car is warmed up and verify that it's not happening constantly.

Yup, sounds like the rings are staring to get weak. Mine did that pretty badly and then it started to smoke like a banshee. I got a catch can and that helped for a while.

Your car is running waaayy too rich! You have what we all call "rinse-down" where there's too much fuel in the combustion chamber that is not getting burned. The rings cannot control fuel like it controls oil hence the reason why it washes down the oil in your cylinders replacing oil with gas and making way for high engine temperatures as well as combustion chamber temperatures. Find out why the car is running rich. Leaky injectors usually cause that problem as well.

Yeah, my CA18ET did the same thing when I was trying to get it to run with the new Z32 MAF... it was dumping too much fuel and I couldn't get it to start... was filling the cylinders with fuel (you could smell it just trying to start it). I had to start it a few times without the maf connected and the injectors unplugged just to get it to start and turn over a few times just burning the fuel IN the cylinders... oil reaked when I changed it after that... =(
