I go down to the local speed shop to get a knew oil bung fitting because I messed up the one I had by trying to over tighten it. I tell the sales person that I have been having problems with the oil leaking and wanted to know if I had the correct fittings and what they would recommend me to do to fix it. I end up showing the Shop`s mechanic the oil pan and the fitting I was trying to use. He tells me that the fitting I was using -6AN was to small and that I should be using a -10AN size. Anyway I was wondering what everybody else was using? I decided to buy the -10AN but now I have reweld the bung another 1/4 away from my air conditioner bracket

i use -10 AN and i think there really is no limit to the size of the oil return line besides the hole in ur pan. Better for it to be too big anyways since you dont want it to back up.
