I don't know what the deal is with my turbo project, but the only problem we are having is the bolts to the oil return line don't fit properly. We tried 8mm and it is to loose, then we tried 10mm and it is to big. We went to the hardware store and didn't find a 9mm. We even tried the equivalents of the standard units and still the same problem. I really have no clue of what to do. By the way I am using a jgstools oil kit for a T-3 turbo. If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.

The bolt size is an M10x1.25 (or 1.5, I don't remember, but it's the same size/pitch as the ETD manifold flange for the turbo). If you have the JGS basic oil return kit with the aluminum flange, the hole will be smaller than the bolt, so you will need to get a drill and tap it one size bigger.

Oh, and I have the T4 with a T3 turbine, but oil return should be the same.

I found my elusive bolts at autozone.

Get in the zone, autozone.
