I'm finally getting around to ordering all my motor parts for my rb25. I've read that its recomended to run oil restrictors in the block to help with oiling issues. Problem I'm having is i've found mixed reviews on whether to run them or not and whether to run two restrictors or only one and block off the other port. So my question is, what is everyone else doing as far as oil restrictors in the block? The goals for this car are 450whp (idk if that info is needed)

I picked up an internally stock RB25 that was doing 11 second 1/4's in a r33 and the only thing I can find that was modified was that it had two oil restrictors.

Most of the problem is that IMO the rear blocked off feed unbalances the little bit of oil flow the head gets with a small restrictor.

On my next rb build I was going to use two restrictors, both at .9 or 1mm. I was going to do that before I picked up this rb25, and that's exactly how its setup. Verses the 2mm stock feeds. That and two small drains should keep enough oil in the head but not too much.

My stock rb20det had too much oil in the heads after only 3 minuets of drifting. I do know there is a problem but I don't want to under oil my head.
