I am starting my swap and wanted to gather as much information as i can while engine is out.

Rb20det Stock

I will mostly daily and weekend track circuit.

what i wanted to know is if i block of rear supply and put restricter (tomei 1.5mm) in front( close to balancer) and a return line in back of head. will this be good oil levels for head and slump if i drive normally on weekdays and sustained high rpm on full day of track on weekends? Basically what i want to know is if i daily it mostly it should not hurt the lifters or anything?

-Thank you For your help, LeD

you can use one for the stock turbo, but not critical.once you start investing in alot of $ for a larger aftermarket turbo, i definately recommend one... they are typically 0.065, but 1.5mm is fine.

I think he's talking about the tomei oil orafice thingy. Fixes the "problem" of oil getting stuck in the head. O well, I guess it can't hurt to do it
