oil pump drive sprocket

in illustration EM-33 of FSM it shows 2 woodruff keys on crank shaft. most forward one being for crank pulley. behind that is the oil pump drive sprocket and next inline is the timing chain sprocket. is the oil pump sprocket a compression fit between the two other necessitating the 270' lbs. of torque?
