I have an sr20det black top.. Im just wondering what the oem spec's are for the oil psi..

With 10w 30 which i was told its oem oil ran in the sr's.

(cold start) 80-82psi

(At idle when at operating temp) 15-20psi

(when beating on) 12-15psi

(driving around) 40-60psi and 80 at higher rpms

So does that sound about right? and what is your opinion about what kinda oil is safes to run when sliding your car(being beatin on) or for daily driving?

Thanks

I don't drift my car, but i use the Castrol Syntec 10w 30 so far no problems and from what you posted on the oil psi's that looks about right, mines running around 80 at cold start then 20 at idle, never really looks when im driving though
