What are we working on, how long have you had it, how long has it been doing this, did you prime the new oil pump? We need s'more info in order to try and help. I'd say start with a manual gauge install, to verify numbers.

its a ka24e started doing it when i put a new motor in it cause my other one jumped time.

i got the motor from a shop around were i live and they said it never did this before so they dunno whats wrong.

the oil pump i put it in was lightly used to was already to go in. But i know for a fact it works. i have had the new motor in for a little over a month. and have replaced the timing gear plugs wires and i thought it was the lifter so i switched them out with lifters i know work perfectly also but still nothing

What grade of oil? maybe too thin. Also change the oil switch-see what you have than. If the oil pump is good, but you have low pressure- it either means an engine with worn bearings, or too thin of oil for the tolerances. If you don't have another engine option- run a thicker oil.

ok i think is 5w-30 its Q-horsepower Full Synthetic its about due for another change anyways so ill try some 10w-30

maybe it has something to do with the block cause it also smokes on startup and im talking a TON of smoke but when it warms up it stops
