i have a 10/04 altima se-r. i need to replace the engine oil pressure switch. i can not figure out where it is. and the parts supplier gave me a switch with one pin.

1- i did find a switch on the lower engine block in the pointing to the rear of the car, towards the front of the motor. its actually very close to the oil feed line for the remote filter. this sensor is multi pin. is this it?

2-this is a se-r so im sure you realize it has light and gauge for engine oil.

3-a picture would be awesome.

thanks for your help. i know what a oil pressure switch looks like. i wanted a picture of its location. my mitchell guide talks of a switch and a sensor for the oil. both my oil gauge and light are on but they have different sending units. both cant be bad.

ill have to assume that the sensor is in the same place the switch would be in. there are different part numbers. i cant get the se-r sensor link to show a picture. going by this picture it is where i thought it was but in mitchell it is in the front. thnks again now i gotta get the right switch, i mean sensor.
