Hey guys I am havung problems with my 92' KA24de. When cranking the engine I get no spark. I changed the ignition coil and started drove the car around for an hour and went to start it up again and no spark.....I was wondering if this could be that the oil pressure sensor is shot.....I know that in my Oldsmobile that if the sensor went bad the wouldn't start.

Another thing is the weather here is up in the 100's could this cause the ing. coil to be overheated please advise.

I'm pretty sure a 240SX will start with a bad oil pressure sender. In fact, you could run the car without it (as long as the hole was plugged) and the only thing that would happen is that you wouldn't get the "idiot light" on the dash.

Not sure what the problem is, but I don't think it's the oil pressure sender.
