Can anybody tell me what my oil pressure should be at idle?

Fully built KARPM at idle are at 750Mobil Synthetic 5-30 oil.

My oil pressure gauge shows 10 lbs at idle after car is warm. When I step on gas pressure goes up. But is 10 lbs safe and correct?

I run mobile 1 10w40 and mine is at 40psi warm idle. That prob doesnt help you a whole lot but just throwin it out there for some kind of reference.

10 psi is the absolute lowest acceptable FSM limit for a Ka. I would be willing to bet if your rpms drop you fall below that limit. Im guessing some clearance is out of spec or somethings wrong with your oiling system.
