NOW I HAVE READ THAT USING FRAM OIL FILTERS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE IN OUR 240'S. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I JUST FINISHED REBUILDING MY KA24DE. ALL HAS BEEN WELL TO THIS POINT. THE OIL LIGHT GAUGE TURNS ON AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF RUNNING. IF I REV IT UP A BIT THE LIGHT TURNS OFF AND BACK ON. HAS ANYONE EVER RUN INTO A NEW OIL FILTER RESTRICTING OIL FLOW? I NEVER HAVE...... I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO TAKE HER ON A RIDE ALL DAMN YEAR YET SO ANY OPINIONS IS GREATLY APPRIECIATED! THANKS

WHY ARE YOU USEING CAPS?

And i doubt a new oil filter(even a Fram) would be cutting oil restriction. I would take out your oil pressure sending unit and check the oil pressure with a manual gauge. Could just be a bad sensor.

Please keep your hands and arms inside the cabin until the ride has come to a complete stop at 240 tech.
