Oil pan mods on an SR20

If this isnt the right forum Im sorry.

I am putting a SR20DET into my 1987 Mazda Rx7. The only major mod to the engine is the oil pan. It needs to be a front pickup instead of rear. I was curious as to the best way to do this modification? I can weld and cut so all ideas are welcome.

what sr do you have with a rear pickup? all the ones i have seen have the pickup in the front. unless you mean where it is in the lower pan.
