if you're absolutly sure it's the oil pan leaking, then it would be worth it to get a new pan. to remove/replace the oil pan, this is what you do. take out the air intake pipe. then, get the car on jackstands so you have some room to work under it, but not too high. you have to unbolt the engine mounts, and tack the engine up by the transmission about 3-4 inches. take off the bellhousing guards on the left and right side, then undo all the oil pan bolts. the ones at the back of the block are kinda hard to do. pull the oil pan off. what I did at this point was get a 10mm socket and removed the oil pickup and set it in the pan, then pulled the pan out. I'm sure there might be a way to remove the pan without taking out the oil pickup, but I didn't do it. installation is reverse of removal. don't forget the oil pan gasket. it's wierd and made of rubber. but it is much needed.
edit: DOH! Oil pan gasket is made of cork, not rubber. why did I say rubber?
