It seems that when I reinstalled my oil pan a leak developed. Is there any way that I can plug the leak without taking out the pan?

Clean that section with some brake cleaner, wait until its cool, then goop high-temp RTV all over it, let it dry...repeat. It wont be pretty but it might hold, if not you'll have to drop the pan and re-seal it. Try some really good rtv like yamabond or something.

Thanks Nathan. The leak somehow stopped itself. So now I have a coolant leak to fix, then check the timing and compression and see how she drives. :)
