oil pan help please

I have searched for about two hours now and could not get to any usable information, maybe it's just me.

my question is will any rear sumped oil pan bolt right up onto a 95 240sx (s14) block? how about a frontier oil pan?

really need to know because I need a rear sumped oil pan to get the motor to fit into my 510 without reversing my crossmember or having a custom $$$ one made

I can not say for the ka-de but for the ka-e both pans have the same both pattern. However the truck pan (rear slump) hit the main caps. So you have to use a hammer to massage the bottom of the pan.
