oil on spark plugs (sr20det)

I have the gtir (sr20det) in a 93 sentra. and im just workin out one problem at a time.. any ways. It ran for a day or two (very poorly), now wont start. i know it needs a tune and im just running just the downpipe. it started just fine for like 2 weeks, i took it for a quick ride and the oil pressure peaked just over 100psi. i know, thats not good. at idle it should be 14psi and at 3200rpm 42-60psi. anyways, it wont start now. i pulled off the spark plugs and oil is on all over them. i checked compression and all 4 were within a few of 150psi (cold engine). so thats all good. but what could be causing oil on plugs. im thinkin mabe the guides are bad, and ive herd sr20 guides are known to be junk. anyone have any thoughts?

Is the oil on the tips of the plugs or around the base. If they its the base, then the o ring gaskets underneath the valve cover need to replaced.

its on all of the parts that are seen by the cylinder. but none on the threds.

none on the threds.. still having problems. i had my buddy check my head and it was supposedly good.. could the oil pump be causing this in any way? i know before this happend i had a oil pressure spike to about 110. i fixed the head and threw it all back together and cranked her a few time and it wouldnt fire. i checked the plugs from a whim and sure enough oil in all 4 again..

So let me understand you correctly. There is no oil on the top of the plugs or threads, only on the electrodes (the part that sits in the cylinder)? Also, did you have the head off the motor? If so are you 100% certain it is timed correctly? What do you think caused your oil pressure spike?
