Oil on ground come out from my exhaust

Does the oil on the ground behind my exhaust mean my piston rings are bad?

yea, i just replaced my cat a couple of months ago, so it's new. i also had a blown headgasket so i had my head rebuilt, except for the bottom end of my engine...

Do a compression test. That will answer your question quickly and without any doubt.
