It's blow-by and it's normal regardless of what type of turbo you have.

What are some good reasons to? Besides not puting oil in the intake

Well, that coat of oil will turn black and all yucky.
Is this blow-by normal for just SR's?
My KA-T doesn't have any blow by oil coating my intake.

Anytime there's enough pressure inside in the engine; combustion chamber and crankcase, it can result in blowby. It's not just SR's that have this problem. I think the reason you see SR guys bring this issue up a lot more is because most SR guys are driving around on turbo engines that have been boost extremely high for nearly 2 decades.

Hmm true.
And with my KA-T I rarely go into boost in the first place. :gapteeth:

Also, the valve cover breather tube and hose on the KA are connected closer to the throttle body. So if there's any blowby, you wouldn't see it in most of the intake piping.
