oil on back of transmission?

uhh whats the problem here? theres oil on the back of my transmission. and its fresh. how do i remedy this?

is it thicker than your engine oil? If its like my transmission its just leaking gear lube out the output seal. i just put some gear lube in when it feels notchy and not worry about it cause i'l swap the trans out sooner or later when my swap is ready.

this summer i plan to rebuild. i guess i'll try and catch it then
