Searched around and couldn't really find anything conclusive. In my computer display screen that displays the MPG's and all that stuff, a picture of an oil can pops up when I start the car and says "Oil Maintenance" or something like that, but then tells me to hit the button with the square on it to exit it. So I do, but it still comes on everytime I start the car. I checked my oil just to be safe and it's right in the middle of the dipstick so no problems there. I'm guessing this is just an oil change reminder light or something of that nature, but my question is how do you reset it so it doesn't keep coming back on? On my old A4 you just held in the two trip knobs while starting the car, but that doesn't seem to work on the Altima. Anyone know? Sorry again if this was already posted, couldn't find it.

You have two buttons somewhere on your control panel. I forget which one does what but play with them. When you press it once it'll go to a screen that says a bunch of things. A list of things like oil change/oil filter change/ tire change will pop up. select it, hit reset.

You can also set when your next oil change interval will be with the system. Its pretty easy once u see what im talkin about.

I would compose a nasty little letter to Nissan for not putting a manual in your glave box
