Oil Light on and loud noise from back of engine compartment???

I just had my oil changed, an engine flush done, and had new belts installed, and as soon as I got my car home, I started it to drive it and the oil light came on, and there was a very loud sound coming from underneath the car at the back of the engine compartment. I had it taken to a mechanic, who took the oil pump and every thing apart, he checked, and there was nothing blocking the oil pump, and he also tightened the timing chain.

It is being taken to a Nisan Dealership to have it looked as we speak.

Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong with my car?

Check the oil filter. Make sure it's tight enough and sealing properly.

If the car didn't have regular oil changes and the engine was flushed with high mileage on it sometimes the slug gets into the oil pickup screen and clogs it, starving the engine for oil. Also you can spin a bearing in the engine on high mileage vehicles when flushing the engine.
