Drove 150miles tonight on my newly boosted ka.185k miles When I go to neutral and rpms drop my oil ight comes on it ans start to flicker on and off... if I didn't keep throttle the light would come on.... I drove 50miles home and just kept above 2k rpms.Pulled into my driveway and stopped...it does it again. Now I pull to my parkign spot and let the car idle at 1000rpm for a coupel minutes to allow the oil to cool. The light NEVER came on once during this....What could be the possibilities?1.Checking oil level in the morning....2.Checking to see if there is any oil leaks...3.maybe faulty sensor for my car or wiring?

I would really invest in a cheap oil pressure gauge (like Autometer) so you know if you really are experiencing low oil pressure. The light doesn't come on until a ridiculously low #, so if you really are loosing oil pressure it wouldn't be hard to trash that engine real quick.

If it were on all the time or flickering constantly, I'd think maybe it's just a bad sender or bad wiring, but the fact that it's low only at lower RPMs would worry me.

Anyway, I'd definitely check for oil leaks and you can check the connector for the oil pressure sender, but I personally wouldn't want to drive the car without knowing exactly what the oil pressure is at all times.

IMO, besides a boost gauge, a cheap oil pressure, fuel pressure and water temp gauge are really good ideas. Oil temp too if you really want to be safe.

Sounds like low oil. When you slow down or stop, the oil all slushes forward and the sensor sees no oil. At least that's what mine does. I have an oil leak and sometimes I forget to fill it.
