Oil Light At Startup

Just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it helps other people. Had to replace the front main seal on my car. Removed oil pan, pickup, timing chain cover and all that good stuff. About am month after I put it back together I gut a oil light that would turn on for about 10 seconds after I started the car. Last weekend I took off oil pan, cleaned it out and replaced the seal on the oil pickup. The light no longer stays on when I start the car. I have seen some post regarding this so I hope it gives people a place to start.
