I was changing my oil today in the SR and noticed if I check the level right after the car has been running for a couple minutes, the level is about 1/4th of the way between the L and H mark on the dipstick. If I check the level a couple of min after the engine is off, the level is full. Maybe this is because the oil in the turbo and everywhere else has settled a few min after the engine is off. What level should I go with?

This is a basic maintenance thing. You always use the level after the oil has settled.
