my s14 KA has been leaking oil towards the front of the engine. i have replaced the front main seal twice, and the second time i did this i put the Timken sleeve on the crank pulley (yes, i did cut off the extra metal). I also replaced the oil pan gasket. ever since i put that repair sleeve on, it seems to be leaking twice as bad, but it still leaked the first time i put the front seal on, which is why i tried putting the sleeve on. any ideas on what i could do to fix this oil leak or what is causing it?

looks like your junk yard hopping man..your probly gona have to get a new front cover..but first..you need to find out some things about your block...was the block decked?..ie ..reserfaced..if so..then you need to match the new hight of the cover to it..and upper front covers..as the head gasket helps seal this lower/upper cover area..if the deck is lower then it would create pressure downwards on that cover when ya torque the head down..all thou ever so slight..over time there can be damage from it...good luck ..hope this helps
