Oil leak

I have a oil leak coming on the passenger side of the motor does not look it is coming from up to but it is blowing down right side exhaust and suggestions?

More than likely it's coming from one or more your valve covers. There are VTC solenoids and half moon rubber pieces that can leak from the back of the valve covers. Those must be resealed when you replace valve cover gaskets, so if it is any of the above they will all be taken care of at the same time whenever it gets fixed.
