Oil Leak

2001 Pathfinder 4x4. On the lower passenger side of the motor there is a part connected to the oil pan there is aleak there any answers on what the part is and the fix?

What do you mean "part connected to the oil pan"? Does it have any electrical connections going to it? Anything would be more helpful than what you are currently giving me.

The part is the oil cooler adapter with a gasket between it and the block. The oil cooler is connected to the adapter with an o-ring between it. I got smart and went and bought the haynes manual.Thanks anyway.
