on mine the oil is leaking down the oil pan, coming from behind the crank pulley....it only leaks when the car is running, and when i give it gas it leaks a lot more.... again it comes down from near the crank pulley and drips down the oil pan...

what is the leak coming from and how easy to fix??

Oil seal. I'm looking at the FSM and it doesn't look too hard to replace.

fairly easy to change.

-remove belts-remove fan w/fan clutch-loosen crank pulley bolt (this might be the hardest part if you don't own an air tank and impact gun.) It's on there real tight-remove pulley (you might need a pulley puller)-remove oil seal-install new oil seal w/ appropriate seal-driver-install pulley-torque crank pulley to ~100ft.lbs.-install fan w/ fan clutch-install belts-done

Dont you have to drain oil before you take the seal out?
