Oil leak

I have a terrible oil leak on a 2001 QX4. When i take the cover off from under the motor i can see the leak. It appears to be what ever the lowest pulley is operating. It has to hoses running to it. Does anyone know what this is or what i can do to fix it. How hard of a job is. Any help or suggestions will be a great.

Is the fluid red? Could be power steering fluid. Don't know the QX, but there are only a couple possibilities. Keep in mind how pervasive oil is--make sure it isn't just traveling from somewhere else. Engines can leak oil from quite a few places.
