Oil Leak on 2001 Infiniti QX4

I have an oil leak that I thought was coming from the filter but inspecting it closer it looks like it is coming from the part located at about 10 o'clock when looking at the filter? I don't know what the part is. Any ideas? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
