Oil leak from unknown part, 01' QX4. Quick help

I have a very moderate oil leak from the passenger side of the engine, leaking down onto crossbrace. It seems to be coming from the device that is bolted onto the side of the oil pan, which the oil pressure switch is located on. My question is, what is that round part AND the two lines coming out of it? Are the seals known for going bad in there, and would i be able to replace them myself? Im automotively inclined... also let me know of any other things i should check.

I have the same oil leak also.... Please, post it if you fine out were the leak is. I'll do the same. 01' QX4

Thank you for your help. The past 2-3 days, I haven't seen any leak on the ground and my oil level is ok. I'll let you know if i fine the answer. Thanks

Same problem, Small leak around part on the lower passenger side of motor above cross brace. Is this the oil cooler for sure? If so what is leaking a gasket or o-ring. Does anyone have an idea of the nissan part# called the local dealer they had no clue what I was talking about.
