I have a Rb26 pretty much stock im running 10w40 Valvoline oil and a Greddy oil filter! When the car is cold oil pressure at idle is 25-30 psi when it warms up its 10-15 psi after i do a lap of drifting at idle oil pressure between 10-0 psi but i don't hear knocking from the motor when i rev the motor up oil pressure goes up around 30-40 psi. Im stumped i got the car running 2 weeks ago and i already have a problem with it!

Do you have a quality oil pressure gauge, or the one that came with the car new?

Also, the sending unit, how old? Those two items could cause what your seeing, if faulty...

Whew! That was good. Did you install a new pick-up tube, or just clean your original?
