I've done some searching in the SR boards, and around here, but I can not figure out where I can get, or how to make the oil inlet line from the block for my t3 turbo, nor what size fitting it needs to be. The engine is an RB20 with a genuine garrett t3/t4 turbo

you need to go to a local hydro shop and let them test fittings for the lines... they can help you out. Its what I did for my turbo... its expensive as **** though. If you call garrett they will know the thread size too.

The size and thread in the block is M12 1.25.Along with the oil inlet to the STOCK turbo rb20/25

Hope that helps

so what if I plug the hole, run a sandwich plate and and a line? also, is it 1.25 or 1.5. Also, am I going to have to find a -3AN restrictor like a 1/16 size?

why would you want to plug the hole and run a sandwitch adaptor, that seems so backwards to me...if you run a -3 hose you shouldnt need a restrictor, but if you run -4 depending on what kind of turbo you run you will need one.its really dependent on what oil pressure is at the turbo inlet on full load on my car on full load oil pressure is at 6 bar (88psi) so i have to run a 1/32 restrictor...that sucked drilling out.

Do you know what the size & pitch is for the oil drain hole on the block?

I thought I read somewhere that it is 3/4" BSP/NPT (whatever). Same for the oil drain from the front of the head to the block. There's a thread that covers it in the archives, so you could find it if you looked hard enough.

So you would need like what? 3 feet of -3 line and then a m12x1.25 to -3 adapter for the block to the line, and then another -3 apapter to whatever the oil inlet on the turbo is? I found this site:http://www.pagparts.com/perfpts1.asp?pprd=oilbut i only see -4 line and i dont see any adapters that would work i dont think...any other sites to look at? or did i miss something... thanks in advance!

Yeah you got it. Try a different site though because that one sucks. Go look around at Summit Racing or Jeg's.
