I was replacing the spark plugs yesterday and when replacing the last one, noticed there was oil in it. The other plugs were fine and the car was running ok, I was simply doing the 100K mile service. Was just curious what parts I need to replace it? Can the spark plug rings/seals be replaced individually, or do I need to replace the whole thing?

You would need to determine what caused the oil to get into that cylinder -it could be something as simple as a gasket. If it is a valve seal... while they can be replaced individually, typically there is more general wear and tear on the valve train and you would opt for a full valve job.

You are going to have to replace the whole valve cover assy. I've done quite a few here at work.
