there is a valve that controls the blowby gas from the crank case/valve cover and sends a certain amount to the intake to be burned off. its called the PCV valve, it is most likely the source of your trouble. do a search for it.
the oil in your exhaust im not too sure of, if your car has alot of miles it might just be your rings wearing down (which is normal) and you just burn oil alittle faster than a lower mileage car. but if oil is dripping from the exhaust you might have a dead cylinder thats full of oil, check the plugs, the electrode on the plug should not be covered with oil. it should be lightly toasted
