oil help

im bout to change my oil on my sr20det blacktop motor. i just got this motor and im not sure kind of oil and oil filter to use. can anyone help me? a sr20det blacktop motor in my 95 240sx. help please.

10w40 whatever oil and whatever filter. or 20w50. or somthing else.

Use the oil filter from any B13 Sentra with the 2.0L SR20DE.
