I just replaced my turbo with a stock T25. The old one had a LOT of shaft play. The new one had almost zero play. I changed turbos and my smoking problem stopped. I have about 50 miles on the turbo and catch can. There was oil in the intake before I changed turbos and the line from the valve cover to the intake pipe was covered in oil on the inside. Naturally I figured it was from the valve cover line. So I put in a catch can. It has oil inside of it but the BOV is really shooting oil out. I am running about 13 psi of boost on an HKS wastegate actuator. The motor I rebuilt with stock pistons, new rings from Enjuku and gasket kit from Nissan. I am using the stock HG. The head was rebuilt with new valve guides and seals and new Greddy springs, Greddy RAS. Everything in the head was checked and was ok. I am stumped. Compression was 140 across the board but the rings still have to seat. I only have 270 miles on the motor since rebuild. Before I changed the turbo a little oil would shoot out of the BOV. After I installed the catch can it is excessive. I really dont think it is the turbo or motor. I think it has something to do with the catch can. I don't have a breathere on the can. It goes from the valve cover to the can then from the can it t's to the intake pipe and to the tube that runs behind the motor. Anybody got any ideas? I hope I put enough info in the post. Oh yeah it is a redtop with FMIC, Megan headers and J-pipe, Trust DP, and 3" catcack. I hope thats everything. I searched and read the two posts I found and they said HG, valve guides, bad turbo..... Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Take a close up pic of your catch can with the hoses intact. I doesn't look like you have your hoses ran correctly.

I friend of mine had this problem. After looking at his setup and talking to someone from JGY we figured out that he needed to have the catch can line going into the intake. After that no more oil. Check out the link below it may help.http://www.jgycustoms.com/infolinks.htm

The arrow point to the t-fitting where it splits. Valve cover to can, can to block and intake.

Bro won't you turn the t bracket 180 degrees so the hose going in to your intake sits higher than the hose going to your block. You should get a longer hose so the highest point of the hose (intake) sits as high as your valve cover
