What Kind of oil should I use in my SR? Does the early model sentra SER (with sr20de) oil filter work? Also what is some good gear oil for my transmission?

gear oil 75w90 (amsoil gear lube is the best probrobly)

motor oil, depends a lot on your climate, and im not sure what its like in canada, so ask what other people run in their turbo cars....

i run 15w50 mobil 1 (i'd run amsoil, but they were out)

yes the sr20de oil filter works.

Ya know I was gonna start an oil thread to see what everyone was using but then I looked in the FAQ and found a pretty interesting article about the different types of oil and additives and s***. Ya'll should check it out its pretty informative. It looks as if over all Mobil 1 seems to be the best but it does depend on climate and constant weather. Valvoline is another good one. Iv'e taken a step back from additives after reading it. I would be more careful before I add anything to my oil. But I definatly would stick with synthetic oils. :)
