oil for 07 sedan

just wanted to know if you guys are using synthetic oil or the regular oil

I use Mobil 1 Syn. 5w30 in all of our cars. I usually don't go past 4K before changing it. I use Nissan filters and Motorcraft in the cobra.

I use Mobil 1 0W-40 synthetic, year round, changed (along with the filter) every 3750 miles. The first 10k miles or so, were all dino oil though ... Castrol GTX 5W-30.
