Oil/Fluid leak problem

Does anyone know what this is leaking? Sorry for the bad picture angle. It's taken from the rear of the car, looks to me like the diff. fluid but I'm not to familiar with it on this car. It's a 95 240sx. http://www.thevoid.us/Temp/IMG_0404(small).jpg

It's ok for a diff to weep some if that's what we are seeing.

Am not sure tho how much leaking/weeping we are seeing.
