Is it possible to use the bigger sized Mobil 1 oil filters M1-110 vs. M1-108 listed for 2014 QX60? I have a few leftover Nissan and Mobil 1 oil filters I used for my 99 Q45t. Thanks!

I asked my dealer's service dept. and they said it is perfectly okay. The longer M1-110 is what I used on my G35 and it has more surface area because it is long, so more area for filteration. It can be safely used in the QX60.
