Oil Filter Spacer

Happy new year gents!

Right im looking for the part which bolts on here, which the oil filter is mounted to.Alternatively, is it possible to just tap the block & have oil hoses coming directly off it?

No, you need the adapter that attaches to that.

How do you not have one?

That's exactly what I want dude, the non cooler oil filter mount for space reasons, the cars got the cooler type fitted already Thanksss

That's actually a pic of my ca18et that is posted in the first post...oil filter screws directly onto the block...no adapter needed for it, unlike the ca18det, from what I've read

The problem is that on the CA18DE(T) that center post isn't threaded.

Thats interesting because it looks different to the JDM ones because the JDM ones definitely screw in.
