oil filter is stuck to block

Any ideas how to remove the oil filter from the block ..itson there preaty dam good

get your biggest friend and have them reef on it. ive crushed several filters getting them off, but they always come off.

you could also get a filter wrench, this would probably still require the friend though.

easiest way-- drive a large philips head screwdriver through it and use the handle as leverage.

I third that screwdriver method.

And get a remote mount filter.

and make sure you put some oil on the rubber seal when you put the new one in.
