Oil Filter Housing Rubber Ring???

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Inside the housing that the oil filter connects to there's a rubber ring/washer that sits in a groove, anyone know where I can get one? I have a full gasket kit from fel-pro and I tried the smallest rubber ring it came with and it was a tight fit to get it to set in the groove, when I tried to put the housing on the motor it ripped (thats with oil on it). So am thinking its not none of those rubber rings my gasket kit came with or is it?
